Here are some of the places we have went and things we have found.
I have no idea why some of the words have background colors. It won't let me fix the either.

This one is called a Nano. There is a tiny log rolled up inside that you sign your name and the date. Some of the pictures I just realized are on Ken's computer. I need to put them on mine also.
My daughter is still recuperating from some surgery on her neck for another tumor she had done a few days before Christmas. It split back open and the nurses have been coming to school twice a day to pack and dress it. They are coming to her home on the weekends doing it also. It is leaving a pretty large place but is gradually filling in. Her doc said yesterday it was about half filled in. It has been really hard on her teaching school and doing all she has to do but with God's help she is making it.
My DIL has been sick for two weeks but is better. I am asking for your prayers for all them please, and for my son who has been out of work for a few days. I pray that he finds another good one close to home with health benefits. When some of his employers found out about having to soon provide for health insurance they have been going out of business which makes it hard to find a good one. He was out a month before Christmas but then worked a month or so and now is out looking for another one. Some of these companies move from place to place. He is in Welding.
Will everyone remember Sara, Jeff and Oreo in your prayers.
They have lost there beloved dog Misty which they dearly loved.
They are going to really miss their girl. She was so pretty and sweet. Rest in peace Misty. You will have no more sickness and pain. Misty is the tan and white one in the picture. Beautiful dogs and well trained. They will appreciate your prayers.
I hope everyone has a blessed week. Thanks in advance for all your prayers. Helen
Nice to hear from you Helen. I'm glad you two are getting out of the house a little. My son does the geocache thing sometimes. This has sure been a rough winter for everyone. I'm saying a prayer for all your loved ones and friends
ReplyDeleteIt's good to hear you have been feeling better and having some nice weather to get out in is wonderful. Too much snow and feezing cold weather to get out much here. I will remember all those people you mentioned in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteThanks you for mentioning Misty today. That means a lot to me.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about your son & daughter. I will keep them in my thoughts and prayers.
For sure prayers going up for all the above. I hope and pray too that Mira heals just fine and can get life back to normal and the nurse visits end soon. So hard to do it all and work at school too, but she is a trooper and does it all. Hope the job comes in soon for your son...yes, so many cut backs in every job it seems.
ReplyDeleteSounds like so much fun for you and Ken getting out and about. Good for you both. Got to try to do it here too. Such good photos of you both. Take care and enjoyed your entry today. Love, Joyce
I enjoyed all your photos!
ReplyDeleteHelen, I'm so glad you're out and about. Take care and thanks for sharing the photos!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are getting out and about Helen. Loved the photos. Sending our prayers for your daughter and d-i-l. I was so sorry to hear of the death of your brother but surprised at the lack of a memorial service. Things must be different there but over here you cannot have a cremation without a service. Each crematoria has one or two chapels and you cannot not have a service. Strange how things vary from country to country.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are feeling up to getting out and about. I heard of geocaching when we were in Mobile, I thought then that might be fun. I think my daughter Jarin's friend in Washington state does it. Thanks for sharing the pictures. I will continue to keep you and your family in my prayers...
ReplyDeleteHugs, Sheila

ReplyDeleteAlways good to see the alert for MYEVERYDAYLIFE pop up. The geocaching sounds like fun, we have never tried it, only thought about it. (Tell Ken to put that valve back on the pipe, folks are wanting water!!!!)LOL
ReplyDeleteGlad you and Ken are able to get out and get the exercise in. Hope Myra gets to feeling better, bless her heart, she has been thru so much.
Prayers for the sickness and comfort for the loss, it is rough loseing a pet you love.
Take care and have fun with the Geocaching.

ReplyDeleteMy daughter Lynda just started the geocaching with a friend. She said it is something John and I might like. If I could get him from in front of the TV. Ha. Prayers going up for your daughter and all.
ReplyDeleteIt is good to hear from you Helen. I have no idea what geocaching is so I will google it and learn something. I liked your pictures and will be thinking of your family members that soon everything will be better. Very best wishes.

ReplyDeleteHey there. I was just telling George about the geocaching and he thought that would be something neat for us to do as a family sometime. I'm not really sure how to get started but I found an internet site you could sign up for. We have some around here.
ReplyDeleteHi Helen, glad you have been getting out and about. I have never heard of geocaching so this was interesting. I will have to looking it up when I leave here. Hope you all get healthy once and for all here soon, you have all been through the mill for sure. I am sorry to hear about Sara and families loss of their dog. I know how hard that is. take care.
