Happy Valentine's Day to you also Helen. I enjoy seeing the snow photo with a blue tint cast throughout the entire photo. The trees look wonderful with the covered snow making the branches appear clearly. Dog's can develope heart problems because of the bacteria build up on their gums I am told. Salty's upper heart, jugular associated appearance to my Veterinarian is something I think he may have been born with. As a precaution he hooked up the ECG machine and the heart was fine. I was worried when he called me that day and told me. Salty is doing just fine and no longer has the bad breath he had. His teeth are scaled and I will apply the gel in two weeks from cleaning. I also have a special 'Dog,Cat' toothpaste. I know that his one tooth was infected and I can see the Salty is quite comfortable looking. His disolvabale stithes are still there and I look at his mouth with my flashlight. Snow is coming down and it may turn to rain, and then snow about 4 inches tonight and turn colder. I did yard work and keep the burn pile going getting rid of branches. I have been really removing all the unwanted growth of vines which is constant effort. Eventually my acre will look great and I will be able to mow more. Ticks are so bad that I cannot even go in the overgrown area's. It should cut down on the ticks by removing all this unwanted growth. mark/salty
I'm so proud of youse guys ... you finally figured out how to have a "decent" winter!!! Seriously, curiously ... up here in the North ... often people use the adjective "decent" to describe winter, or snow. For this last week, we are told that 49 out of the 50 states have been having snow.
Happily married to my better half, Ken. We have 4 children between us and two grandchildren. We also have two of the sweetest dogs, Patches and Daisy Mae. They bring a lot of joy to the two of us and the rest of the family love them also.
