Thank you so much for the Spring preview. I surely do need it. We are having yet another snow storm. All you can see outside is snow here at my house. What a blessing those flowers are!
Oh Helen! Those are just the colors I needed to see today...bright yellows & blues! All I see around me are shades of white & grey, with this dreary weather we are having. You give me hope for spring!
Will welcome spring with open arms this year. Those shots are breathtaking. Makes me feel a little springeee. Great catch of the bluebird. Hope you are well, and Ken's eyes are doing good.
Oh drat. Everyone is having Bluebirds in their yards now. Would you send some my way in a couple of weeks when I am hoping this snow comes to an end? LOL! It is good to find those blooms arriving. Your spring is so much further ahead than here. Have a wonderful weekend! Lona
Your way ahead of us for Daffodils, we are however almost ready for Maple Syrup season, we have had temps up in the 40's!!!!! Still lots of snow and more to come but in March we call it "Sugar Snow"!!
How wonderful, looks like Spring is on it's way. We have nothing like that coming up yet, snow is still pretty much covering all the ground yet. Have a terrific week-end.
What wonderful pictures to view on this the first day of March. Spring is definitely in the air. I am so eager for a seasonal change that is so definitely on its way. beautiful pictures. Ann
I saw some of my flowers shooting up through the dead stuff while I was out a couple of days ago. I am so happy Spring is on the way! Eastern blue birds are so pretty. I was visiting a friend probably about 25 years ago now and she had a bunch of them outside her kitchen window. Had never seen them before that I remembered. Came home and looked them up and discovered that is what they were. Beautiful little birds. Great shots!
I see that you made this entry in Feb. so it must be more spring like by now. It is cold here today in the 40's. I have been finally getting done with my new printer purchase of an HP that prints 13 by 19 inch prints. The printer after sending back my old HP for recycling will have only cost $100. However paper, and inks cost me more than that. So I will keep it under plastic and only print my very best prints for gifts as selling them will may or may not happen. I will eventually have them framed for my home also. I have had a bad eczema, or perhaps minor compared to what I have now read on the Internet. It is only affecting my right ear lobe and my elbows. I have a steroid cream that is helping. My ear had been very painful as well as the arms below my elbows. Salty needs to have his teeth brushed and then his plaque gel applied today. I can use one-half the packette each week instead of one as there is plenty of gel the Veterinarians office advised me. It is $20 for 8 packettes. I found smearing it around his teeth to be easiest with my finger. The brushing I do first with a dog tooth paste that he likes the taste of. It makes his back gum's bleed so I know that his gums are in need of attention just like if they were my own. He no longer has bad breath and I do this procedure just once a week. mark/salty

Happily married to my better half, Ken. We have 4 children between us and two grandchildren. We also have two of the sweetest dogs, Patches and Daisy Mae. They bring a lot of joy to the two of us and the rest of the family love them also.

Your pictures warm my heart and soothes my achy muscles. Thanks for posting.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great weekend. It looks like we will make it up into the low 50s. It should help to melt some of our snow.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have flowers up unless they are under the snow still here. Your flowers are showing how anxious they are to get it over with. LOL
