Short update

Thank the Good Lord all Mira's blood work and the biopsy shows negative. They finally took her off those antibiotics Monday that was doing all that to her and changed to another one once a day. Her heart went into Afib Monday morning but she didn't let me know until late evening. That is the first time that has ever happened to her. They ran all kind of test then on the last one, the echo thingy it showed it had went back into normal rhythm. They put a back brace of some sort on her yesterday. I don't know if this will be an all time thing or just when she is up. Her back is still in a lot of pain. Her back doc has been out of town and supposed to be back today they said. Then the two doctors will have a conference about her. Hopefully she will be back here soon and maybe by then I will feel better with more strength. This back is an on going thing with me.

Have a blessed day everyone. Helen

  1. Whew! I'm glad somethings sound better but that was a scarry thing with the heart. Backs are such touchy things and I am aware of how much pain they can cause too. I am praying that now your daughter is on the mend and will be home soon. 'On Ya'-ma

  2. My best hopes for Mira now that her diagnosis with the anti-biotics has been corrected. I have to get outside now for my worker here at 9 a.m. I hope your back is doing better soon. My neck has been a problem along with a sharp hip pain until 5 a.m. and then it stopped and I wish I could have slept some but had to get up. mark/salty

  8. I am so glad Helen, at last things on are the up and up. I had to wear a brace for months once when I broke my neck, a small price to pay for getting better. Hugs.

  13. Helen,
I Just can't believe all this has happened to Mira. Her doctors really need to find out a solution to getting her well! This has gone on and on and gotten to be a horrible ordeal for her and for you, too.

I am praying for you, all. Merry

  15. I can only say, it had to be a shock to all that she went into A-fib, but thank the Lord she is okay...and that the change in medication is now working. I am keeping her in prayer always...and you too. Worry about you both. Hope the weekend brings even more good news. Hugs and love to you all,
    Joyce
