Back troubles again

Good morning everyone. Once again it's been a while since I have made an entry. Seems as if all my entries for a good while have been health related.
Well Ken has been doing great after his last surgery. Been waiting on me a lot.

I will have an MRI done here next Monday on my back then see a Doc on the 12th here. He will report his findings to the other doc that did my last back surgery 3 years ago. It is just a wait and see thing now. They are neurosurgeons. If they can't fix it then I will ask for a orthopedic doc referral. I would have to go to Birmingham  AL for any kind of surgery.
I have been down in my back and using a walker since the 28th of Sept. 2011, two days after Ken came home from his last surgery. I would certainly appreciate prayers and good thoughts and thank you.

Have a blessed weekend.
Helen

  1. Always good to hear that someone is doing well. Glad Ken has done good.

BUT I hate to think of your back bothering you that long. I do hope there is something that can be done to relieve the pain closer, but if a trip to B-ham would help, I know y'all will be glad to go thru the trip.

Love, prayers and good thoughts from down in Florida!!!

  14. I hope a neurosurgeon will be able to help you Helen. My surgeon told me I might not get all my pain relieved as I have arthritis bone spurs and bulging discs, but that I am relieved somewhat. I now know that I can understand what was relieved and what is still giving me pain. I consider the surgery a success as he said I eventually would not have been able to walk. It is great that Ken's aneurysm surgery is going so well and that he is able to take care of you. I will be keeping my thought's for your relief from this pain in mind and will look foward to reading about your recovery.
