Some flowers from my spring bouquet, Ken's sleep Apena and My daughter's back surgery
Good Saturday morning to everybody, Ken is doing really good wearing his CPAP for his sleep Apnea.
He went back to the Dr. Thursday and all his test looked good. His doc said he was doing fine with using it. He has slept about all night the last two nights using it. He also has more energy to do things.
That breathing test turned out fine . The one where they put you in a room and make you breathe all sorts of ways, not the Apnea test. His xrays he had made the other day turned out good also. His doc gave him a good report.
My daughter Mira is having her back surgery next Tuesday March 31st. Would everyone please remember her in your prayers and good thoughts that she will have a safe surgery and a fast and complete recovery. Thank you all in advance.
Have a blessed weekend everyone. Helen

Best of thought's for Mira's back surgery. I know the recent physical therapy I started because of hip pain, resulted in my surgery area getting pain relief. I am at the one year mark. I am glad Ken is able to sleep uniterrupted, and safely. Salty was attacked by a bull mastiff on Mar.18. You can read about the ordeal on my blog. We were just walking in front of my home and he was on his leash. Seldom does he escape, and when he does he only goes to my neighbors and never causes any harm, though did chase a chicken once. mark
ReplyDeleteHi Helen, good to hear from you.
ReplyDeleteI need to start using my machine too on a consistent basis.
I can smell that rose bud from here just looking at it. Prayers for your daughter.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how you manage to take such beautiful photos of flowers. That first one just took my breath away when I got to your blog. What a welcome sight. Yes, I will be thinking of Mira and hoping she will come through the surgery okay. Poor thing. I am sorry they had to opt for surgery. I am glad to hear that the sleep apnea treatment has been successful with Vern. My mom just could not be bothered with that oxygen. She had become too impaired to have any patience with it. I don't know if my sister is still using hers or not. I wake up every 20 minutes on a bad night, so I have to take naps in the day. Good thing I live alone with no one to disturb me, or I would probably be worn out. Gerry
